Fees & Payment

Transparent, competitive fees for medico-legal psychiatric reports. All fees are indicative and may vary depending on complexity, urgency, and volume of records.

What's Included

  • Psychiatric assessment

Comprehensive clinical interview and mental state examination

  • Records review

Review of medical records and documentation provided

  • CPR Part 35 compliant report

Full report addressing the questions in the letter of instruction

  • Expert declaration & Statement of Truth

As required by CPR Part 35 and Practice Direction

  • Expert CV

Provided with the report; available in advance on request

Fee Factors

The final fee depends on several factors:

  • Complexity: More complex cases with multiple issues require more time
  • Records volume: Extensive medical records increase review time
